Watching in the background as the robot (Which looks like one ot the bad guy cops Dirty Harry faced in Magnum Force) first takes the person he is fighting out of the water (instead of staying on top of them and just drowning them)

Then this unstoppable relentless robot forgets 3 or 4 times at least that he has a gun when his opponent is like 20 feet away and all he has to do is shoot them, instead stiffly walking to try to get closer to swing punches.

He murders the guy in cold blood and says "Justice is served." That guy must be deranged to think that his actions would go unnoticed. I mean wouldn't someone become suspicious about Coldyron's murder if his killer didn't get rid of the body? And even if so, that guy's likely to get himself in trouble.

Rotor 2 was supposedly a sequel the directors and producers had in mind. But that sequel never came about. And I can plainly see why; this movie was the worst thing ever. It's an embarasment to sci-fi movies everywhere.
