  • sounds a bit like isengard and mordor theme

  • This is probably the worst piece I've heard from Paul and Rob. Which is a HUGE compliment to everything else they've done.

  • @LightVSDarkness64 While as an individual piece that's true, it's a remarkably fitting theme for HoMM5's inferno town. Thematic backdrop counts for a lot, IMO. ;D

  • my favorite, so much evil :))

  • one of my favorite tracks in the entire game

  • Don't u know who makes this music? Who has written these instrumentals to this game?

  • Paul Romero and Rob King created the music for the HOMM series. I should probably mention them in the description, thanks for notifying me

  • @Gunthermaker Thank you. I like the music. I haven't played Heroes 5, but when i was younger i used to play Heroes 3 and there was one of the "style" CASTLE i guess. Is it still in Heroes 5? What name has it in Heroes 5? I don't recognize it, i am czech and don't understand each words in english. Thanks! Have a nice day.

  • I believe you are talking about the human town, which is called "Haven" in heroes V.

    I really recommend the game.

  • Why nobody even mentions HOMM 4. I think it had a pretty OK music too...

  • Agreed! I THINK ALL OG HOMM MUSICS ARE INCREADABLE GOOD! :)

  • compared to h3 inferno theme this is probably made by a kid. it missed the chaotic music. just bass, but bass alone isn't the chaos some expected as in was in H3 :)

  • for gameplay, i think 3 was better [bar the fact that heroes do more in battle in 5]. but i just love the graphics and creatures in 5 too much to just say 3 is better, because, after all, how it looks is what feeds your visual input from the game and adds to the enjoyment. i loved the quadriped pit fiends in 5 as opposed to the more humanoid ones in 3.

  • they are both great but heroes 3's was mmore evil while this one is more chaotic i think :S but anything that is heroes music is epic

  • H3's Inferno them was MUCH better, but this is good too.

  • Definitely not the best theme in Heroes history, but still okay. I liked certain parts of the percussion.

  • What I hate about new soundtrack is they are going ambient. Compared with older soundtracks everything new sounds like shit.

  • I def agree! 100%

    This sounds terrible!

  • No doubt. 3 had a very important feature called MELODY. this one is straight ambient. No soul.

  • Exactly!

  • I gotta say, not as tuned as heroes III, but I love how it gives a sense of uneasy confusion. Especially with the brass.

  • It is not so infernal...But not bad

  • It is very infernal, chaotic clashes and bangs like you were in that volcanos mouth as the city is.

  • This is a fucking sick soundtrack : P

nothing to Heroes III of course but still sick

  • heroes 3 inferno theme was much better.

  • Hm.. In my opinions it sound evil, and fits for the town. But it isn't really music i listen to on my mp3 player

  • I dont know...Inferno on Heroes 3 was idd beter but it does suit this town
