This game seems good because they added Chi-chi and the scouter indicating power level is really neat but there is something in the fighting mode that doesn't suits well with the game.

the only people who dont like this game are the ones suck at it becuase it takes real skill to play. this is honestly the best dbz game. it may lack a good roster but thats about it. between being an actual fighter, exceptional graphics, fantastic build-up mode and great special moves, this game proves itself to have more substance than any other dbz game out there. oh yeah and fuck ultimate tenkaichi

I am angry atari, bandai and all that companies, the play station 2 can achieve stunning graphics, and they not even strive to create a game 100% well done and good, even the Budokai Tenkaichi 3 has several errors ... Well I mean look at the graphics of Budokai 1... They make good games... this is just my point of view...

This game wasnt good at all. It was taken to a more serious approach as a fighting game with a more advanced combo system but it seriously sucked. I played all Tenkaichi series I could have became pro, its not all button mashing there's so many things normal button mashers couldn never do. On another note this game was very stale even multi player. But opinions will be opinions but my opinion is this game was trash. You can be an advanced Tenkaichi player honestly

@GrandmasterSexay05 In all fairness, Tenkaichi puts me to sleep and takes no effort to play. I enjoy the playstyle of this a whole lot more. So, in my opinion all of those games sucked.

The only thing I'm not fond of Super DBZ is the awkward flight system, and the textures/models could've used a little more detail. Hopefully, BNGI will resurrect this series and create a sequel for PS3/360.

@GrandmasterSexay05 The entire Tenkaichi series sucked. It reduced combo depth far too much because it used up so much real estate with flight controls.

a lot of dbz fans dont like this game because:

1)theyre spoiled from the huge roster of Tenkaichi and simplistic one button supers.

2)Budokai series had easier learning curve and commands and stringed combos like Tekken

3)This is more fast paced and arcade style like SF/VF since having a game with loong battles in an arcade doesnt make the machine as much $

4)this game has a simple command design based off SF, but the difficulty comes in learning the timed based combos/juggles

this game came out for the PS2

Budokai3 came out for the PS2 (long before super DBZ)

@seckoy no budokai 3 graphics looks more anime stylelistic and the gameplay is very better then tenkaichi 3 yeah tenkaichi 3 got more characters well but the most of them are just unneeded characters like arale or chao zu which have no chance against the sayajins (the whole game is unbalanced) or stupid gt characters (gt sucks) and the most stupiest thing is the uber jugling well we can talk talk talk and talk but our meanings will not change...
