vagrant story much? same music, music used in the exact same way as vagrant story, almost identicle battle modes, when have you ever seen the word grimoire in final fantasy, lot of the armors look the same as vagrant story, the only difference between them is in vagrant story you can jump and interact with surroundings a lot more, and the story line is 1000x better in vagrant story.

playing ffxii atm the very second i got into the actual gameplay i genuinely thought this was some VG sequel

I love this game, but I can't say I liked Vaan very much. He's very important for the first part of the game, but he pretty much just stands there for the rest of the game as the story moves its focus to characters like Ashe, Balthier, Basch and even Fran briefly. Penelo dosn't do much either, but Those two get their spotlight in Revenant wings

I got the game (ffxii) nearly a year a go and my opinion is: Vaan is the worst character ever. He looks like a little brat girl whit a very ugly nose. *Ooh I'm killing rats*. Now I'm playing FFX for the six's time or something. I love that game, and the characters and the aeons! I even play the FFX-2 just to get back to Spira. FFX-2 has the best sphere grid I think. I love getting to level 99 in not 200 hours like in FFX.

FFX it's like my favourite movie and I watch it over and over again.

I love this game, I beat it in less than a month of getting it. Great video! 5 stars! Cool choice using the music from the credits. However I think you spelled a name wrong isn't it Balthier? not Balthlear?

I give Final fantasy's (X) and (XII) a tie. Both 10/10.

I agree with you - ffx and ff12 are the best games and it's hard to decide which is better. About Balthier... it's something to do with the translation from Japanese to English - it could be spelled either way, or so I was told :)

You beat this game in less than a month?!?! You must have been playing nonstop, literatly. Unless you didn't hunt all the marks or something. It took me a semester to beat! XD

Actually I did about 10 of the marks and alot of exploring. My final play time was 96 hours. I used the strategy guide to get through some of the mazes, but thats it. And about the Balthier name, I think your right. I found that out after I had posted this.

Vincent, is if you think about it, a bit evil already...if you take a look at his personal history, he is indeed undead, killed then brought back to an unatural new life, along with some wicked powers, that you really get to see best in Advent Children when Vincent is fighting Yahzoo, Loz, and Kadaj in the forest...when he takes on a demonic form. So, infact, he is a bit on the evil side with good intentions.

In the game, the characters costume are just like the ones in a fasion show. This happened with FFX-2.

Im am rather unpleased with squaresoft for this, but think the Final Fantasy essence will still be there.

Have you play KH or KH 2? There actually good games and they have a kick ass storie. Now Im not saying that there better than FF-XII, I havent play the game, but don't think that KH is a bad franchise only because it has Disney character.
