mine has a top just below 70, but i don't know if it's tuned.. it's a 49.9cc, because scooters can't be 50cc in the netherlands, and it accelerates pretty good.. only the diffrence in your speed-o-meter.. mine's from 0 to 120, yours is only till 80km/h.
