See when I defeated Igfiroe (SPD GAME BOSS) on the second SPD level I did not get an SPD megazord battle. Then the last level started but I only got the cutscene when the future omega ranger and the red mmpr ranger arrived.But after I defeated Lord Zedd on the ground I was in the Delta Command Megazord for the final battle.

@Dalek44 Possible, but might not happen. I think it was at the end of MMPR Season 3 that Zedd and Rita turned into humans and started dancing. Given that that's the default universe, they would have to establish multiple universe in the series and pretty much say "Yeah, what the MMPR did, didn't matter" in Zedd were to come back. And if Zedd from one Alt. Universe could come back, then why not have several Zedds in the series?

It could happen, but it doesn't seem worth it.
