Supposedly it is hormone related. She is flooded with hormones and for my wife, it is a good thing. The 2nd Tri also may bring an end to the sick feelings (morning or otherwise). For others as Resilientkid said, well, that's what Hargandaz is for (or just hunker down for the last 12 weeks). It all depends on the woman and each pregnancy. Some pregnancies can be just fine, others are brutal. We got lucky and all three have been pretty good. For better or worse, it usually goes away in the end.

During pregnancy sexual positions have to be modified. Please don't expect her to be able to bend and contort into all those pre-pregnancy positions. Be gentle, take your time, and most importantly....be patient. There may be times when she isn't in the mood or just plain tired and you might have to 'take care of yourself'. It isn't easy for her to be lugging around an extra 30+ pounds and being hormonal like a MF'er.
