Dogs bark. Cats meow. Birds tweet. Asshole kids drive loud cars and play obnoxious music. That's life and it was like that long before you were born, and will be that way long after you are gone. I would suggest you stop trying to control everyone's dog, if you can't handle urban noise, move somewhere where there is no people (or animals).
I call bullshit. There's a reason why almost EVERY city in the country has a law banning nuisance barking. Do you know why? It violates MY right to peaceful enjoyment of my home. There's a difference between a dog, a child, and a bird. Dogs are domesticated and trainable. If you're too stupid or lazy tio train your dog, I'm going to call the police when it barks all day long. Sorry if you don't like that. Or are you just bent because people are tired of hearing YOUR dog?
There's a difference between urban noise and your chronic barking dog which is right outside my window. This video channel is only here to show that there is a problem with barking in my neighborhood. If it wasn't so bad, do you think I'd be wasting my here arguing with idiots like you?
Maybe I don't want to control everyone's dog. Maybe I'd like it if the people who actually own the dogs would control them. Is that too much to ask?
We have a neighbor who had a dog and like in your videos, this dog would bark at the door to be let in, every day all night long until once in a long while they finally would let him in. The barking doesn't bother me but the poor little dog freezing outside, does. She/the dog, had no food or water, and no dog house! In the winter he would be covered in snow and ice on the fur. My father called the human society and they took the dog away but they were able to get it back. Nothing changed.
You would lose. You're not even in the video. Did you hear the dog barking for hours before I made the video? Why do you think I went into that patch of weeds, anyway? How about after I left? Did you enjoy the barking then? It doesn't stop until the owner does something about it. What's new about that?
I'll forgive you your fascist views regarding LEGAL VIDEO TAPING just this once. If you continue, I'll assume that you're just a fascist jerk who likes freedom for you but not others.
this sounds horrible. you have other videos. so is there more than one neighbor. you need to take them to civil court. do you know this goes on in every state, you need to come forth it will help others too
So true, you win! I prefer the Country as the City has so many proclivities. You made your point. Animals are looking for their job to do when the homeowners are at work or just inconsiderate. As they need to comtemplate it is the City, with all that must be proper, for all neighbors to be at peace with their surroundings. I suggest giving those dogs a job in their absence. A treadmill workout.
Good neigbors confront the homeowner truthfully. I am sorry you find my comment ignorant. There is a Video post whereas a young child, calls for his father. Dad there's a man outside with a camera. The person recording the Video & posting the persons address did not tell the homeowner the truth.
So what happens when the homeowner has been confronted? What happens when the homeowner denies that the hours of barking exists? What happens when their passive aggressive behavior continues to wreak havoc in the neighborhood through their dog?U R right about the privacy of not being recorded. But when there's nothing left,I feel that recording actual barking will be crucial when going to court to present a valid case. You can't warn the dog owner about taping a barking violation. The barking stops!
Have I missed something? Do you think the person shooting the video would randomly video tape peoples homes? The invasion of privacy, in reality, is when the irresponsible dog owner violates local dog barking ordinances. Your comment is just plain ignorant.

I don't want my neighbors to hate me for wanting some peace and quiet.

then you'll have to live with it, because its not going away.

no amount of legislation or lawsuits will stop dogs from barking. Haven't you figured that out by now?

That dog really contributes to the barkophony in the area (much better with a K after all).
