@escalatorgeek881 Indeed. That elevator is in excellent condition, and I love the dark-mid tone wood they used at the elevator entrance (I believe that is cherry, but I am no expert). That tile is also really nice. That is an example of timeless 1990s-2000s architecture (stuff that won't look like crap in a decade), so they probably won't need to renovate the store for years if they keep it up well.
I believe Monmouth Mall also uses Allied-Barton and it is not a Simon property.

The Natick Collection (Natick, Ma.), a GGP mall, also has Allied-Barton mall cops. They didn't seem to care about me recording the people movers.
