Video embodies youthful enthusiasm, in-depth thought. Good coverage of current situation & key issues, creative alternatives, attention to detail throughout. Voice over image style conveys a lot of information. However, logic of increasing capital-intensiveness of a business model that is currently failing is unlikely to persuade viewer that stakeholders have resources / desire to implement recommendations. This requires comparing interests of expanded set of stakeholders to viable alternatives.

This is our AB 005 case video on Rural Enterprise and Agribusiness Promotion (REAP) which was initiated by CARE Kenya in 1999 to help farmers break out of the cycle of extreme poverty.

This video looks at the feasibility of the current REAP business model and how we can further improve REAP so that it can be commercially viable and self sustainable.
