Sarah Palin is so righteous & courageous in her decision to have her Down Syndrome child & advocating that policy to ALL American women in going through with the pregancy to have their Down Syndrome child (or other serious forms of birth defects)!

Aborting fetuses w/ birth defect ismorally wrong, even in cases of severe birth defects. American tax payers should be happy to bear the additional financial burden in healthcare costs even if the added costs are $XXX billions. More Taxes are good!

It's a burden all the way around to go through with a pregnancy of a severely handicapped child. So many people talk of the guilt in ending a pregnancy like that, but they think nothing of the horrible life the kid would have and the enormous amount of caregiving that will happen for the rest of his/her life. Severely mentally handicapped people ARE a burden to society. Marriages are strained when there's an autistic or down syndrome child involved. Not worth it if it were me.
