  • holy shit! that was bad

  • its the pigs fault

  • @ 0:10 seconds if you pause it you can see the truck driver was at fault the semi was halfway on the shoulder.

  • Shoking!

  • Should have pulled over a bit further.

  • My mother works for interstate distributor,

She got a call at 2 A.M. saying that a truck driver hit a Honda civic,

The family of the Honda civic rushed to the accident, while police were trying to get him out, the car blew up in flames, the daughter, mom, and son had to watch their father die, scream, and cry, It was tragic

  • Iam pretty sure the a hole truck was not in his lane.

  • i wonder what he was pulled over for

  • @sc4433a that semi got cut off by the other vehicle to his left. if you watch the video closely, right before the semi comes in, you will see the other vehicle cutting the semi off. that is what is taught in that industry, avoid a collision at all cost and go for the ditch if at all possible. driver of semi is more apt to survive then the driver of a 4 wheel vehicle. unfortunately, driver of semi will never drive again. that is a shame.

  • @Sheba1800 well your a retard if ya didnt see the vehicle cutting the semi off that caused this whole flippin accident. Pay attention and shut your mouth before making yourself look really stupid. opps, to late.

  • @duane2072 The semi driver should've hit the car that cut him off. They were probably within a few mph of each other and the car driver would most likely have minor injuries. Hitting the parked car was by far the worst choice, a good driver would have realized that.

  • yeppers, dont ya love it when they cut ya off, i can clearly see it. fuckin idiots.

  • does this means the car driver was evading arrest lol ?

  • "he's gone" that's what i usually say when playing a video game called killing floor when all the zombies are cornering 1 dude. The cop's reaction is just weird

  • I have total respect for truck drivers. And i realize the car was close to the white line but really that semi was at least half over the line. That semi driver is at fault in my opinion

  • @wagydoo look close and you can see a car cut the truck off eather way would have been a crash

  • mas que filho de uma puta

  • i think he woulda been better off hitting the guy who cut him off.

  • @Sheba1800 @ 0:11, to the left of the truck is a car that cut him off. Why people blame the truck driver for everything is bullshit. Is it because they sit higher, is it because of their size that they should be blaimed for everything? It's people like you that drive 4wheelers and cut off semi trucks and then hit your brakes because your going to fast.

  • @trucker908 We gave this one guy a semi that my dad had and not two days after he was going down a hill and a van fulled with kids was at the bottom and was stop .and u could see the skid mark from the truck but the driver got charged with vehicle mansloter it make u wonder dosen't it?

  • @Sheba1800 Before you go making fun of people why dont you learn how to spell!

  • Before you blame the truck driver you should look at the video again he was cut off by a car.way to offensive people blame trucks for everything over 70% of wrecks. Between cars and trucks the car was found at fault.

  • "He Gone"

  • thats why when i pull over on the highway im basically in the grass or on the side wall, i don't play those games.

  • guess that cop won't be earning his quota from that speeder.

  • that car was not on the shoulder! did u not hear them? they even said get out of the road! I have not ever driven a truck, but my ex has, and yes sadly to say the 4 wheelers are the severe asshats behind the wheel.. always will be.

  • Trail454 you are a dumb ignorant son bitch you don't know what the fuck you talking about us truck driver have to deal with you dumb fucks all the time we do are best so fuck you and that car had it comin it's not the truck drivers fault you fucks cant drive!

  • Trail

  • The car was on the shoulder , person did get off road but not far enough because a lot of people don't pay attention( truck driver). Bet truck driver doesn't drive anymore and probably has nightmares because it was clearly his fault. He was way over white line!!

  • hopefully the trooper could still isue his 10mph over citation. its rough gettin that qouta every month.

  • bye bye idiot

  • When people call and ask if we'll unload their POS broken down UHaul on the side of the road, and we tell them it'll cost $2,500 to even think about it, this video explains why it's so expensive.

HIRE A MOVER OR RENT WITH PENSKE!

  • well where i live the trucks are doing like 85 in a 70 passing me and paceing with other traffic to stop cars and thay drive in the left (fast lane) were thay clearly dont belong granted alot of cars do get in front of you and hit ther breks and thats wrong but YOU DO NOT OWN THE ROADS its your overloaded ,been awake far tolong, not paying attention ass also so dont play the blame game... iv seen truckers watchn fuckin tv driven down the road with a full load!!!!!!!!!!!! thats real safe

  • @007superspy1 If they're passing other vehicles, they belong in the fast lane. Professional drivers see more miles in a year than most drivers see in 10, so yeah I'll play the blame game. Most of the accidents are caused by dumbass 4 wheelers not paying attention or being aware of what's going on (like the video). So you saw 1 or 2 drivers watching TV, that doesn't make up for the TONS of idiots on the road - and most of them (by definition) aren't professional drivers.

  • Well at least he doesn't have to issue a speeding ticket..

  • fake one would be tHAT CALM

  • how the fuck was that fake, ppl are so..ugh. that cop probably was shocked but jus one of the ppl who can see stuff like that and cope quickly, im sure he was thinkin well thats what he gets for not gettin the fuck out of the road, you see the first car damn there hit him too, its the drivers fault.

  • the truck was dam near on the shoulder !

  • @thelochkillls the truck was on the shoulder

  • its not fake the guy was outrunning the police with his daughter in the car and then this happened. its terrible

  • I feel like thats fake...the cop would of creamed "HOLY SHIT"

  • @nxtbigthing27 you know how much the cops like to stage videos.

  • @nxtbigthing27

no sum cops don't care like da 1 dat KILLED MY BABE BRO

  • almost sounds as if the cop sighed... dammit, looks like i have another week's worth of paperwork...

  • Person probably lived. But anyone in the back seat, definitely screwed.

  • OH man.. Hate to say this, but one less moron not paying attention to what their doing.. And no.. you dont know if its female.. could be a man.Ive seen more men who are idiots when driving then I do women.

  • One less female driver.

  • Well he is off the road by now =^_^=

  • The semi was still half way over on the shoulder.

  • The car wasn't really on the road! the car did fully go on the shoulder pass the solid line. The cop went a bit on the grass. Why was the truck driving on the shoulder? And also looks like the truck drivers fault because he did not try to stop, also after the accident he flew to the left. That is what I saw in the video.

  • @dance2B ever think he could of blew a tire or lost his brakes

  • out of nowhere *SEX*

  • That is one way to get out of a ticket. Effective but not recommenDEAD. lol

  • @MrBobdabitch yep, it`s just plain crazy. last night we had 2 guys that ass packed a semi at 85 MPH. It was a mail carrier and they are governed at 55 MPH. There, ETOH, speed differential and the fact that 1 guy had his face in the lap of the other were all factors in the crash. Funny though when you look at it, these "fella`s" ass packed a mail carrier....lol....

  • @MIoldtimer I forgot to mention, it was -15 at the time.....Too freaking cold to be standing out on the highway dealing with drunk punks.....lol.....At least the county LEO`s had closed the highway while the wreckers cleaned up the mess.

  • This is the crap I worry about every night at work. Everyone is quick to blame the truck driver, but more often than not, the passenger car drivers cause the crashes. They are also the ones who never seem to follow the "slow down and move over" law that is in place to protect us who work on highway scenes and those who are pulled over.

  • @MIoldtimer

I agree whole heartedly with you...My uncle drives a truck and sometimes I will go with him...I am class A as well so if he gets tired, I will drive.. Anyway...there were several instances of these fucking little ass cars dodging in front of us and hitting the brakes for WHATEVER reason.. DAMNED IDIOTS. Their little shit box can stop almost on a dime as to where a fully loaded down 80,000 lb semi cannot.. Most often it is the cars that cause the wreck.

  • @scott93257 i agree with you. my ex is a trucker and i would always go with him. and i saw it all. its like the cars dont give a fuck and they should. one day he was fully loaded with 90,000lb and the car in fron of us slamed on the brakes for no reason and he had to do so as well. we ened up in the ditch. but the car drove off like (what ever) i hate it when cars do that shit. i have 100% respect for all truck drivers.

  • @motocrossgurl18

Yeah they're idiots...Fortunate that you two are doing ok...I bet it must have been a scary situation for you for sure...

  • @scott93257 oh yes it was. but cars will be dumb as always. i see this stuff ever day where im at.

  • @MIoldtimer nothing the trucker could have down. Your not going to slow down that fast. I mean look at the time it took from the time the driver stooped to time of impact.

  • @nmm12nmm Son, I wasn`t pointing at the driver. He had nowhere to go. There was a couple cars in the go fast lane, he had no place to escape (from what the video shows) Maybe the LEO cut in front of him to initiate the traffic stop? Who knows, just a sad, scary crash. I have over 2 million miles logged in commercial vehicles and now work EMS. This kind of crash scares the shit out of me when I`m working a crash on the highway.

  • @MIoldtimer I was just agreeing with you. I am an over the road driver myself. Tried the team driving myself and in the middle of rehiring after the team driving did not work. But stuff like this worries me every time i am driving. I am lucky enough the only issues i had on the road is that the deer wait for the last moment to jump out in front of me and i cant avoid hitting them.

  • @nmm12nmm got ya bud. Deer....Well, when I was driving, my enemy were turkey`s. Changed more windshields than I care totalk about at $500 a pop. I hit a few deer over the years with that old Mack I had......LOL.....Umm....They LOST. In the past year, I have now (after last night) 7 freakin deer with ambulances. A couple times the rig was toast and out of service for a couple weeks. The one last night just ran into the side of the body. No damage tothe rig.....the deer....well......LOL...

  • @MIoldtimer It IS the truck drivers fault!! Even thought the car is not over as far as it should be, the Semi clearly is to the right of the white line so it's not in it's lane. It hits the car on the whole left half side. Even it the car was fully to the right side of the berm, the semi would've killed an officer standing at the drivers window. The semi neither slowed down or changed lanes as most states require. While cars do cause many crashes, the semi's at fault here.

  • @ffjsb Its not thye Semi's Fault...The Officer even said get out of the road!!!!!! Common sense that the driver was still clearly on the road.....I'm a Tow Truck driver and I took the AAA Roadside Assistance Class for the safety of the Road...the driver of that white car was clearly in the danger zone..the Highway patrol car wasn't hit because he was clearly out of the danger zoneand the car in front of the highway patrol car was not.Clearly it was the drivers fault who was getting pulled over!

  • @DreamFlightPro You are comepletely wrong. The car, while close to the right travel lane, was comepletely in the shoulder. If you can't see that the car is in the breakdown lane, you need new glasses. I've been in Fire/EMS/Rescue for almost 30 years. The semi should've slowed down. And even if the car had stopped in the travel lane, you are liable for Assured Clear Distance if you hit any vehicle from behind.

  • @ffjsb well I'm a Tow Truck driver for AAA Roadside Assistance and they have the procedure in towing cars...fire fighters do not tow cars so you wouldn't even know....I remember when I first started towing cars the CHP officer even to me to move my truck closer to the right so I wouldn't get clipped by a driver. Even the High Way patrol officer shouted get out of the ROAD!!! CASE CLOSED!

  • @DreamFlightPro I don't care what you drive, if you can't see the cars' left wheels are just to the right of the SOLID WHITE LINE, you probably need glasses. The officer is saying "Get out of the road" because he would be standing in a travel lane if he was at the drivers window. Towing cars has nothing to do with the truck hitting the car. He went into the RIGHT SHOULDER and struck the car. I drove a truck in the early '80's and we knew then to move over a lane for cops and tow trucks.

  • @MIoldtimer When I was driving, in 2008 there was a suicidal woman who tried to jump out into the highway. It was a dark night, but I am lucky I saw her. She was holding her child, and I just barely missed them. I was able to pull into the fast lane before she got her whole body in my lane. I notfied the drivers behind me, and they were as freaked out as I was. It was on I-80 heading East bound in Iowa.

  • 0:13 He's Gone...

  • what is this? fucking GTA IV?

  • Police have two roles - "Serve and Protect," and "Observe and Collect." In their first role, they are heroes. In the second one, they are just predators.

  • Aw Man, What Did I Do?....This Is The Thir-*crash*...

  • @stoffels74 Whats even more f'd up is the cop sounds like he doesnt even care...all he says is "he's gone".

  • lucky son of a gun

  • If you look carefully, there is a car hidden just to the left of the truck just after impact. The trucker was not sighted here after the video was looked at close. A car hit the brakes and ran into the side of the truck knocking it into the stopped car.

  • Was the car driver killed? If so, that police officer will be replaying that scene in his/her head for a long time.

  • It looks to me like the car IS off the road (as in, it's on the shoulder, not in a lane). The truck driver was in the wrong here. Why was he/she ALL THE WAY on the shoulder? The car would have had to literally be in the grass to avoid this crash.

  • omfg

  • Wow this is some scary stuff. You never know it could be you someday

  • semi needs a "how am i drivng?'' sticker.

  • pwned

  • Hahahaahahah ........ he's gawn... Priceless!

  • One less ticket that cop has to give and one less ticket that guy has to take . But yeah he's gone...

  • lol. the cop said. he's gone.

  • @shittyassholefucker1 or a nigger woman?

  • the cop even said get ou of the road

  • im pretty sure i read about this and the big truck driver was asleep @ the wheel.

  • @wtfmanicanthaveaname no cars would not let him get over to avoid hitting the parked car + the car the cop pulled over was in the road

  • @countrymusicgtavboy2 he was on the border of the line, i drive a truck and when i see tire scraps that are ALL the way in the lane there is still room to swerve around it, i do it everyday. If you notice, that truck was ALL the way into the shoulder, they way the car was stopped, even if he had NO room to play with all he wouldve done was take out the mirror. that wasnt a lane, that was the shoulder.

  • WHAT FUCK?

  • HOLY SHIT!!!

  • fake but looks real

  • @chigullseen how is it fake? whats up with you kids and stuff being fake

  • Oh well, he won't need a ticket in this case--more like medical care for a long time.

  • Fake

  • lol priceless watchin idiots get smacked on the road

  • OMG !!! ...this must happen several times a day for this LEO. To be so casual:

"he's gone"... guess I can't cite him... oh darn.

  • This is what happens to homosexuals.

  • FINAL DESTINATION!!!

  • well at least he saved himself a ticket

  • the car won. chuck norris was inside.

  • Haha, sry for laughing but that cops comment was damn sad.

What happend after? did anyone die or anyone else got hurt or what?

  • Well, that eliminates the need to cite the driver for whatever it was they did.

  • another one bites the dust hey!

  • "Get out of the road....... Gah..... He gone!!" Is it just me or does it seem like that cop could car less?!?! LoL

  • this is perfect, slowly weeding out the retards in the world that have no common sense watsoever

  • dang...the whole car disappeared

  • i wonder how the cop feels now about pulling people over

  • hey follow the law....n pollice will not come to you!!!!!

  • awesome hit and run

  • @GABU1245TheWolf there was no hit and run the truck would no0t be able to go any further either

  • "He's gone."

  • I want to know why the person stopped immediately after the exit. Guess we will never know.

I had a cop thank me one time for waiting a half mile to pull over at an exit. He said its terrifying sometimes to pull over ppl on the highway.

  • had a cop ask me to move further along cause he didn't feel safe where i pulled over i jokingly said do i get a discount if i do he just laughed

  • It looks like the semi swerved at it.

  • @Black0mega How can you tell that? the car he was pulling over was too close to the cop car to determine that you just assume he did. The car was still on the road even the cop said get out fo the road. If you look the cars left side tires are over the white line.

  • that cop didnt seem to care

  • As much as I strongly dislike/borderline dispise all police officers, it was the driver's fault...any person behind the wheel of a car should have the common sense to know how to pull over on the freeway there were no obstacles in his way at all..the police are Not to blame..if you dont know how to pull SAFELY off the road then you dont belong ON the road.

  • Blame the police, they pulled him over! If the police minded their own business and never interupted someone else's life, then maybe the guy wouldn't have been killed... Once again the police can be blamed for yet another loss of life....

  • Wow, the guy in the car just got out of getting a ticket!!!

  • I was gonna say he should have just payed the ticket. It wasent worth loosing your life over.

  • The reason why the truck hit the car on the shoulder was because another four wheeler cut the truck off when he merged into the trucks lane.

  • OMg why so calm, that cop has brass balls , very big brass balls .

  • Good God

  • he's gone.................................

  • @bradleyhodgson LOL! I love the way he said it! "Next!"

  • Yeah, fuck the police.

Fuck those dumb white assholes that take up a job that is supposed to protect others, you, your family, etc. Fuck them so much. Jesus Christ, I can't believe they even do their job, I mean shit, it's so useless, people always obey the law anyway, why do we need the police.

    Shit, fuck the police.

  • If they obey the law then why do people get caught driving with 5 or more beers in their bloodstream, why do people come home to find that someone helped themselves to their property, why do little punks go out and shoot at each other and hit bystanders because they can't even figure out how to hold the gun properly, and why do you think stopping these examples is not something that needs done.

  • hint: my comment was heavily sarcastic.

  • oh don't worry it'll buff out

  • Cop's fault,car driver's fault and Semi driver fault.

    End of Story.

  • How is it the cops fault. Did he force the driver to stay to close to traffic. Did he force the semi to drive to close to the curb.

  • It also wouldn't have happened if the semi stayed on the road and didn't cross over the white line to the shouder. Although the car was dangerously close to traffic he was technically off the road and the semi hit it square on, it didn't just clip the corner as if the car was still hanging in traffic.

  • I love the comment, would'nt have happened if the cop hadn't stopped him especially if he was only going 10 over an "F" the police, couple of geniuses there. It wouldn't have happened if the moron got off the road. You're right though all the police are there to do is harass people who are breaking the law.

  • fuck the police....

  • @fueledbymusic3

That's unreasonable. How is the officer supposed to have the clairvoyance to know that a semi-truck was going to ram into the rear of the car he pulled over?

And, FYI, 10 MPH over the posted speed limit is egregiously in violation of the traffic laws. An on-duty officer cannot ignore that if he/she observes it occurring.

  • @Watcher3223 Are you stupid or something? Cops themselves have told me 10 miles an hour over is ok. On three different occasions with three different cops. FUCK COPS.

  • @tripmoon

"@Watcher3223 Are you stupid or something?"

    Was that necessary?

What did I ever do to you to give you any justifiable reason to be hostile towards me?

  • @tripmoon

"Cops themselves have told me 10 miles an hour over is ok."

Depends on the cop and it depends on the road.

If it's a long stretch of highway on a clear, beautiful day, I can see how they may let you go though cops, deputies and state troopers still have justification to pull you over and cite you for speeding. It depends on the officer that pulls you over.

But if it's 10 MPH over the limit on a city or residential street, you WILL be pulled over if a LEO catches you.

  • That would not have happend if a certain dickweed had pulled off the road instead of just onto the side of the road.

  • your dumb, lol

  • thats crazy (driver basicly killed him or her self)

  • Oh man.

  • I think him just saying "He's Gone" means that "He's Dead" and plus there was a good pause before he said anything else so...

he could've been devistated and not be too expressional over it. not everyone freaks the fuck out of themselves when things like that happen.

  • Although, there is more to this clip. It's another minute or so of the cop following the trail of the semi across the one lane, across the median, across the opposing lanes, down the embankment and stops on the other side of a service road.

All the mean while the police officer is demanding fire rescue.

  • Adesso stò cazzo de poliziotto sarà contento di aver fermato quelle persone in macchina per un controllo del cavolo...

  • officer doesnt seem too worried

  • Not much you can do. Of course, video doesn't show anything after "He's Gone." So hard to tell what happened next. :P

  • There is a difference between being worried and concerned and panicing. He most likely is very concerned about both drivers but he is trained to not just stay calm but to appear calm at all times. What good would it do if he just started yellin about the crash other than to waste air.

  • there not paid to give a shit anyways

  • No they do that for free.

  • Truck driver-"OWNED!"

    YOU'RE WINNER!

  • wtf!!! "he's gone" insensitive bastard

  • fucking cops kill them all, yes mabye even you, some fucking cop reading this.

  • although this wasn't the cops fault. mabye I should restate that: kil lall dick cops

  • Define dick cops.

  • He was on the line. But the Truck Driver crossed the line also.

    Truck was at Foult...

  • "He is gone"...hmmm wow this officer doesn't give a crap.

  • Or the officer is smart enough to realize that there is little he can do about a semi.
