Russian people can list themselves as White or Asian, and someone who is black and chinese would then check the two or more races or check the biracial box. if someone is white, black spanish puertorican and Cherokee that is where the fill in the blanks.

Write all over the 'intentionally blank' sections, that's what I would do, or pretend you have no arms/hands/feet so you can't fill in the survey, then say that they are discriminating against people who don't have arms/hands/feet by sending this, like mocking them cruelly.
Andy, when you start itemizing your tax returns, these questions will all begin to make sense to you. I've been taking pert in them since 1980, and my reply is always the same. "ONE". Then they send someone to your house, and I tell them, "ONE, now please leave. I'm busy." Works like a charm.
