cont'd: I thought I was fortunate enough to meet Kiyosaki's real estate guru, Ken McElroy, and explain to him about my situation (hoping to get some good advice on real estate). (I have 5 properties that are all mortgaged, 3 rented out 1 i live in and the other my husband lives in overseas b/c he's military. I'm glad to have come across this video. I was (or should I say still am) an avid follower of Robert Kiyosaki's books. But I'm no dummy. I am very open to learning more about real estate investing and trying to figure out who is selling the best practices. I've realized in trying to implement kiyosaki's philosophy on real estate I've hit a major road block...
