Great to see you making videos again! I need to do the same. I am kinda in the same boat you are, I have been experiencing a lot of pain when I try to walk. I am sure that if I lose 20 pounds I will feel better. I do good with calorie control, but it only gets you so far without exercise. Good luck to you, and I promise I will make a video soon.
