  • Which muscles do i train with that exercise?

  • This exercise is highly related to regular pull-ups. It's challenging the back muscles (latissismus dorsi for the most part) and your arms.

    It's a great complex movement for those who struggle to do regular pull-ups.

  • @tamburin12 if th bar hit the nick (higher than chest) it will hit posterior delt)... if the bar hit chest level, it depends on the elbow, if elbow near the torso, it hits letmus dorsi, but if the elbow out to the side, it hits posterior deltoid
