You're right, Chibiusa's actress does sound older than 7 years old. (I'm not sure which actress this is because Chibiusa was double casted in this myu. It's either Ai Miyakawa or Mao Kawasaki).

I love Anza in this scene too. She just had this romantic song with Yuuta-san before this ("Gondola no Koibito-tachi") and then Chibiusa had to show up. :)

i know what you mean. i tried sounding more child-like, i ended up straining myself doing so. then i listened to her voice again and she sounded mature for a kid, so i just went with it:) i remember when i was ten that i played miss hanigan in annie for the school play, and i sounded kind of mature for my age then, so it is possible.
