I just find it funny that when he looked on the side at the sticker, the divider slide to the side...i wonder if it will stay in place with food lol altho it is "top quality" i wish it was dishwasher safe >_<!

@Kimilouluvspie The divider doesn't need to be fixed in place. When the bento is properly filled, the food is packed firmly into the box so it doesn't shift around.

In fact, most blogs/books on preparing bento have sections just on "fillers": little items that you can put here and there to fill up the box so everything is compact and secure.

@mauserati Its just that for some reason japanese people dont eat really "juicy" meats...im viet and most meats are saucy, so i wouldnt want it to leak over to the other side >w<;

@Kimilouluvspie oh, then you want little cups to keep items separate. lots of those products are available too, both disposable--paper or foil--and reusable. in US I see people use cupcake liners, especially the reusable silicone ones that come in all kinds of colors and shapes. they're great because they're flexible and fit into any space

in Japan cups are used to keep soft/juicy side dishes from mixing.
