oh god, vista on this heavy bloody awful laptop? mine barely runs xp......and i've upgraded it in every way possible to try to make it suck less. alas i haven't and it still overheats/burns me even with a chill mat. piece of CRAP
hahaha plus the size of the thing. it crushes your lap and you dont get a lot of power for the cpu it has (mine has the 3.06) its such a piece of crap and my charger is messed up
piece of cake, just get a hold on Windows Vista Home Basic, either illegaly downloading it, or legally buying it, how you get it is not my concern, anyway, if you get it, ill help you install it as best as i can. just pm me ;)
never buy this freaking laptop! it has a common problem with the keyboard which cannot be fixed. HP support is totally useless on this matter. Google "hp keyboard problem" we're not alone.
5,6,delete,and a bunch of others stopped working for me, so i made a custom case, which a gave an integrated new keyboard. :3 works fine now, even swithced the cooling system :3

I had this same laptop, this shit was crazy hot. Who thought it was a good idea to use a desktop cpu in a laptop.

The heat this thing genrates is insane!! The noise this thing generates is insane!!
The amount of time this thing takes to boot into a usable state on a fresh install of XP is insane!!

All he did was connected to another computer or changed his theme.
I changed my theme and I also connect to my windows vista ultimate when on the rode.
And I also changed my theme to vista because HP NX9010 have windows XP running on it

the computer is running vista completely fine dude, chill will ya. its not impossible, slows down the computer alittle, but works fine :3
