  • hey calm down tom don't to exicted

  • 18-1

  • Seriously, am I the only one that has realized vinateri won all 3 pats superbowls?

  • Patriots are CHEATERS 2001* 2003* 2004* 2007* *SPYGATE

  • @TheSportsFan4Lyfe and the giants don't cheat? get your head out of your ass

  • how many times does it come down to the kicker

  • eli manning is more clutch. both times he led late 4th quarter game winning drives in the super bowl, the giants were down by 4 and 2 points respectively. in the super bowls that tom brady has led final drives, the score was tied, so if all else failed, they could just forget about trying to win in regulation and let the game go into overtime, but in eli's situations, he absolutely HAD to score to get the lead and the win; there was no other choice

  • @neilrtucker11 and also, tom brady just got the patriots in field goal range and relied on adam vinatieri to give them the win both times. of course, eli manning could've got the giants in field goal range in this year's super bowl, but he decided to try to get the giants to score a touchdown himself, as he also did and succeeded in doing 4 years ago

  • lets go pats

  • CLUTCH

  • TOM BRADY is arguably the GOAT. HOLD HIS D!CK.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Where as Brady won the super bowl with Troy Brown? David Given? Benjamen Watson? Deion Branch would not be what he is now without Brady. Wes Welker, Hernadez, Gronkowski, Woodhead, Elderman would not even get a mentioned with the help of Brady. The only receiver Brady ever had that would called a system QB is Randy Moss, who in 2007 they both broke the record for 50TDs and 23TDs receiving. So next time saying Tom Brady is not a HOF, please go check your sources since itsGARBAGE.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Where eff did you get your sources? I don't think you know what a system QB means. Here's the definition: It mean that all the team need left is the QB because the team already have all other position cover, like wide receivers, for example, Manning had HOF Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark. Roger got Donald Driver, Greg Jennings, Jordan. I'll give you Brees since I like him but he still had a couple 6'5 range receivers.

  • @xMASlAN whats your point that just means the game was good tom brady one of the greatest ever period

  • the last three super bowls that the pats have won were due to field goals.... smh

  • @xMASlAN the key word is WON.

  • @Sephiroth766 the key work? ill give you words... PATRIOTS SUCK super bowl XLVI there you go

  • @xMASlAN and? they also won their 3rd one on a defensive stop, not a field goal.

  • @palkomike23 they're still homo... i can be as ignorant as it gets but patriots are just a bunch of homosexuals... they make the name "Patriot" look bad

  • @xMASlAN "They're still homo" Are you kidding me? How old are you bro? You being here trashing the pats only tells me that you're jealous of the success they've had for the past 11 years

  • @bojang13s I'm actually 4... thanks for the curiosity.

  • Comment removed

  • it's funny

the clutch kicker in this Super Bowl is on the Giants team

  • @mdphillips2009 ummm thats Lawrence Tynes. Vinaitieri was never on the Giants.

  • @mdphillips2009 What are you talking about?

  • @mdphillips2009 he plays for the colts?

  • @mdphillips2009 So 30 yard field goals are clutch? Wow, in that case, my high school's kicker should go Pro and skip college. Don't insult the label of clutch by including Tynes in that category.

  • @threenumbnuts Any field goal to win the game is clutch. Billy Cundiff missed a 31 and by your standards a high school kicker can come in that situation in the afc championship and make it.

  • @Sephiroth766 Wow, that is just retarded. Cundiff is a choker, Tynes is average, Vinatieri is clutch. There is such a thing as a middle ground. Do you know what the success percentage of the league was on field goals between 30 and 39 yards in 2006? 85.6%. There is no reason to believe a significant deviation has occurred. If he makes game-winning field goals of significantly lower probabilities multiple times, he is clutch. If he makes two easy game-winning field goals, he just is not a choker.

  • @mdphillips2009 No he is not on the Giants. Lawrence Tymes is on the Giants.

  • Except the Pats don't have Vinny this time lol

  • It's funny watching this Patriots team that was stacked on defense, especially since today's Patriots has like maybe 3 or 4 players at most who could start on the elite defensive teams in the NFL (49ers, Ravens, Texans).

  • Defense matters.

  • this is how shits going down on sunday.

  • I always wondered why they call the timeout right away... let some of the clock run out. You don't want to leave the possibility of some kind of miracle...

  • Steelers vs cardinals best super bowl ever!

  • good thing cundiff wasn't kicking this one

  • Best Super Bowl ever !

  • why the fug am i watching this shit.

  • thumbs up if u had headphones on and thot the right ear broke so u unplugged and put them back in 10 times

  • this was the most exciting super bowl ever played

  • @gotribe1997

2nd. Steelers and Cardinals game tops this by a little bit imo. 100 yd. int return, fitzgerald's td, steelers last minute drive, holmes's catch. edge of my seat the whole time.

  • Damn....wish Deion never left

  • @rojasn10 Probably could've won the '06 AFC championship if he never left...

  • the kickoff was out of bounds, that's why they had good field position. Kicker choked

  • didn't know vinatieri did it twice! great.

  • tom's face is priceless, this was a great game!

  • Haters gonna hate has they say 2001: 11-5 SB champs 2002: 9-7 2003: 14-2 SB champs 2004: 14-2 SB champs 2005: 10-6 AFC east champs 2006: 12-4 AFC east champs 2007: AFC champs 2008: 11-5 2009: 10-6 AFC east champs 2010: 14-2 AFC east champs 2011: 13-3 ?????? Get mad. Pats all day everyday no matter what happens these playoffs. Fuck the haters. go to hell.
  • @167TOONML NYG all the way? Think so.

  • @167TOONML Exactly. People hate the Patriots because they are jealous of success. What they *should* be doing is reveling at the greatness they are seeing, as players like Tom Brady come around once a generation. Someday we'll be telling our kids about him, and we should be thankful for that. Go PATRIOTS!!!

  • @hollywoodmkx I hate the patriots because they are over glorified. I love how they build a team and I praise them for that and their success. I hate how Brady gets so much credit though. He is a good QB but I will never say he is great compared to Manning, Brees or Rodgers, he isn't even a HOF. He is a system QB that can't force the ball downfield that played on great teams. I see Brady I think he is a good QB on great teams. I see Brees I see a great QB. That is my problem.

  • @whyamimrpink78 hahhahahahaha well youre dumb as fuck, thats my problem

  • @167TOONML you forgot the 16-0 season?

  • @167TOONML no go giants. AGAIN.

  • @167TOONML I notice that you seem to have forgotten the patriots record in 2007 now why is that? god what was their record that year???? i just cant seem to remember

  • @167TOONML spygate=3 super bowls

  • @jets495 every team does what the Pats did with Spygate, they just got caught. /watch?v=HixaHHDU5js

and the jets haven't won a Superbowl in over 40 years, shut up.

  • IM HUNGRY

  • why did the pats get rid of Vinatieri? was he just released because his contract ran up?

  • @BRBgottaskate He wanted too much money for a kicker. Belichick felt he wasn't worth $4 Million.

  • @knp278 gotcha. thanks.

  • GO YOU MOTHERFUCKING PATRIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Still get goosebumps.

  • he was never traded genius

  • I still can't believe we traded him ):

  • Pats are the greatest dynasty in NFL history. These other organizations have had the luxury of the same owners for decades. Kraft bought them as a pathetic franchise and has turned them into the model of a professional team. They've done it with constant personnel and roster changes. They have the most Superbowl appearances in the last 25 years, 2nd team in NFL history to win three Super Bowls in four years, own 2 of the top 3 longest win streaks, and set the record for most wins in a decade.

  • @PrairieDon1021 word!!

  • Pats cheated. I hate them and adam viniterie

  • @TheHurndog Shut up dude you're just mad cause the Patriot's are one of the best teams in the NFL all time quit whining they cheated in 2007 when the played the Giant's not in this game they earned it and they have one of the best QB's to play the game so sit down and shut up.

  • @TheHurndog They did not cheat. They were within the rules.

  • @TheHurndog pfft!

  • if casey doesnt shank te kick off i think this is an ot superbowl

  • my left ear enjoyed this

  • i didnt miss survivor all stars that night

  • Ken Walter will hold! I love Ken Walter the most underrated piece to several great kicks.

  • I am talking about the '07 Patriots, which were about 40 seconds away from being the "You'd have to be an idiot or Skip Bayless to disagree" choice for greatest team ever.

As far as dynasties go, I'd say the 80s 49ers are still the best, followed closely by the 70s Steelers. The 90s Cowboys were *two* games away (they had to beat San Diego, and yes, they probably would have, but still), and I have them ranked #4 behind the Pats (salary cap etc.) Shouldn't have fallen behind 21-0 to SF...

  • hate the patriots. always have, always will.

  • @ThunderPower why?

  • Carolina did not press to Tom Brady in the last drive, why the teams think wich cover the pass works?

  • If only these were the same two teams in Superbowl XXXI.

  • My left ear loved this video....

  • Glad Deion is back now

  • @TYthemShoes hell yeah he's tearing shit up!

  • Cheaters gonna cheat smh

  • They have had ONE good run, and cheating tainted it. Pure talent? lol. Steelers/49ers/Packers are much better organizations who won the right way.

  • @zimerust Lol, Steelers..pot calling the kettle black much?

  • @PissyThePissedOff So...the Steelers cheat? Since when?

Oh, and I'm guessing Janet Jackson got the Patriots going, did she?

  • @darkpowrjd Uh, they're whole team was on roids and greenies in the 70s. Yes, those were illegal.

  • Coming from a steeler fan, even though I hate the patriots I gotta admit I really did like this super bowl. Both teams fought long and hard

  • They should just do away with the Roman numerals for Super Bowls...it takes up less space to simply call it 38 than XXXVIII.

  • @evanstoler i agree

  • all patriots fans are frontrunners, lets see the pats try to win this game without cheating. brady is a fag bill belicheat is a piece of shit. rams shoulda..and did win this game

  • This Carolina team fought their asses off... much respect from a Pats fan

  • One word: tuck.

  • 49ers of the 80's and 90's would have smoked the Patriots of the 2000s

  • @xaqshuna2003 No doubt they would have. I'm a Pats fan, and I'm not ashamed to admit that the 49ers had better teams than New England did. The 49ers had a sports dynasty that lasted two decades. That is an incredible accomplishment for a franchise to do. That being said, you have to recognize what the Patriots were able to accomplish. I mean 3 Super Bowl championships in a time span 4 years? That's about as rare as a solar eclipse. You have to respect the Pats for that.

  • @SickVicious996 Of course, without a doubt.

  • The Patriots were a great team. But let's be real. The game isn't what it use to be. One of the dynasties from NFL's past would hand New England their assess. The Steelers of the '70s would tear the Patriot's offense apart. And Joe Montana would have disected New England's defense. Same with Emmit Smith.

  • @zazozung The teams of the past didn't have to deal with Free Agency (started in 1993) so it was easier to keep talent but the athletes of today are bigger, faster, stronger plus do more to prepare themselves physically and scheme wise for games. So in reality you can't really compare.

  • thumbs up for the bruins goal song after the field goal

  • this was the game that made me like the patriots

  • check out danny demelo hes from canada

  • imo... the best superbowl every played

  • What Adam needs to do is Retire. Wait 5 years . Get his name in the Hall of Fame. He's a Clutch Kicker.

  • how the fuck did the panthers make the superbowl LMFAO

  • @justin816835 did you watch that season? they were one hell of a team

  • I wonder if there is a team out there that has 13 world championship titles. And if that team has one of the longest waiting lists for season tickets in pro sports, some 80,000 deep (Their field seats only 78,000) Wonder if that team would be the only publicly owned team in professional sports. And the team would have smallest market in pro sports. The city's metro area had a pop of only 283K. Now that would be a team to be proud of. Could call it Titletown USA!!!

    Go PACK!!!!!!

  • i wish deion had been playing in superbowl 42....he may not be referred to as one of the best WRs of all time but one cannot argue that his performances in the 2 superbowls he's played in are 2 of the best in nfl history

  • @Ralenissocold Pats would have scored more than 14 points, and Brady might have tossed 60 TDs. Branch, Welker, and Moss? That's almost unfair

  • look at the score graphic at the top left hand corner, the teams' initials put together spell the spanish word for meat

  • I remember this game go pats

  • 5:36 to witness history

  • steelers are the best

  • @lolinator15 patriots OWN steelers, so how can they be the best?

  • @earthpart3 steelers r 6 time winners retard

  • you know how they have a "clutch" player in basketball, they really should name Vinatieri and Brady the most clutch players in the league ever

  • All I remember is my family yelling "you're forgiven baby, you're forgiven!" really loudly, I was only 8 or 9 years old

  • I miss this mans foot on the Pats, they are my home team and though they arent the greatest anymore im still a proud fan!

  • Here are the facts, in recent years, win or lose the Pats, the Colts and the Steelers have appeared in 9 Super Bowls between the 3 of them and between those 3 teams 6 have been won by them and the other 3 losses by those 3 teams, 1 a piece, were good hard fought tough games.

When the NFL looks back on the years starting in the early days of the 21 century these will be the teams remembered and respected.

  • As a die-hard Panthers fan, this still hurts big time.

  • Is the Kernkraft 400 by Zombie Nation being played after the kick a remix? It sounds different than the Sport Chant

  • this still makes me nervous

  • we witnessed greatness in the form of tom brady

  • All the 3 patriots superbowl titles are Tainted.

    Haven't since caught Cheating.

  • The Patriots were far and away the team of the decade and boasted maybe the greatest team in history. They won 3 titles, and though the legacy of those is tarnished (to a small degree) by the videotaping, they ripped off 17 wins in a row after that penalty. They won by blowouts, by close games; they won 21 in a row at one point, something today's college dynasties can't.

That said, sometimes when I close my eyes to sleep, I see Super Bowl XLII on the back of eyelids and it won't go away. Ever.

  • @BUSean and the whole "video" thing, let's be serious, that wasn't that much of an infraction. Teams do it all the time. The issue was he wasn't an official member of the Patriots staff or something stupid like that

  • @BUSean I know right it pisses me off so FUCKING bad. Ecspecially when you have little bitch ass Giants fans still talking mad shit on us about it.

  • @BUSea Thats pretty sad for you, Im thankful I was wasted. Good thing the Pats will another SuperBowl, so then, your nightmare will be cured. Good luck to ya!

  • @BUSean *win another, OOPS!!!

  • @BUSean Yeah agreed the Pats had Super Bowl XLII in the bag, the game was won. Brady did what he does, drove the team down the field to take the lead with 2:41 to go. Then Assante Samuel let a ball go right through his hands, Richard Seymour had Eli Mannings jersey and let go, David Tyree caught a ball on top of his helmet as he hit the ground. Fuck.

  • @BUSean u watch football too much

  • @BUSean When the Pats win 5 or 6 SB titles like the Steeler or Cowboys or 49ers, then you can start talking about greatest team of all time. The Cowboys were ONE GAME AWAY from doing a Super Bowl three-peat in the 90s, and even blew out the Bills in their first two SB appearances.

  • 18-1 18-1 18-1 18-1 18-1

  • @Anonymous7827 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season 14-2 in a rebuilding season

  • @Anonymous7827 best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever best record ever

  • @Anonymous7827 Boring

  • @Anonymous7827 old old old old

  • Team cheated during their first championship, cheated after their last one. Since they have been called out and stopped from cheating: ZERO CHAMPIONSHIPS. As far as I am concerned they are like the Chargers, Bengals, Seahawks, etc. NEVER WON THE BIG ONE.

  • @copraiders1 pffft!! Bullshit....The Pats are pure Talent ..."HATERS GONNA HATE" As they say...That cheating was overblown Crap .

  • @10HAPPYGILMORE I agree with you. They blow that shit way out of proportion

  • @10HAPPYGILMORE Yet they haven't won a Super Bowl since...amazing how that works. Kinda like the 49ers after they were found cheating the cap in '94. Karma is an ugly bitch.

  • @10HAPPYGILMORE cheating is cheating

  • @dawkinfreak20 Not when Roger Goodell defines it.

  • @10HAPPYGILMORE pat won it YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY HAHAHAHAHAH JOHN FOX LOSE

  • @10HAPPYGILMORE The "cheating" never even existed - it was entirely Goodell getting POed because Belichick knew the league bylaws better than he does.

  • @morrieswigs Here's what else the Patriots are known for -

Best rushing attack of the 1970s.

Only team to build its own stadiums (1970 and 2001) with its own money.

  • @STP43FAN1 AND GOING 18-1 AND SPYGATE AND GETTING DOMINATED BY THE 85 BEARS. listen asshole you obviously live in the new england woods somewhere are there is no changing your mind so go chop so wood or do whatever it is that you do because it looks like we're gonna have to agree to disagree

  • Here's the thing about this Superbowl - if the Panthers were playing against anyone else, they would have won this game.

  • To all the hate comments about John Kasey let me respond with this: #1, he put the Panthers in this position by winning so many games for them in 2003, there were 3 or 4 OT games in 2003 that he won with a FG. And #2, let's be real, even if he didn't kick it out of bounds would it have really stopped Brady from moving the ball down the field like he did two years prior?

  • @panthersXyankees89 There's more - people keep overlooking 1:10 that the Patriots LOST ground on that final drive when Troy Brown was flagged for offensive PI. That made the drive harder.

  • wait... the panthers made a superbowl???

  • @Ryandinho14 And an NFC Championship game two years later.

  • @garyb12001 i don't think the panthers have either...

  • Poor Panther

  • Even though I no longer cheer for the Panthers, I STILL hate the Patriots after this game to this very day. The only thing that cheered me up was when the Giants beat them. Ironically, it was fitting for them to lose that one because had NE won against NY, they would have probably got a bigger fine due to the "spygate" incident. So yeah, it was just as well when the Giants won that one. Hey, better to lose with a small fine than win with a big fine, right?

  • @musicboy311 And you no longer cheer for them why?

  • @panthersXyankees89 simple, my fine friend. THEY SUCK!!

  • @musicboy311 So when they get good again (even though they only sucked for one year) will you be a fan again? That's a text book bandwagon fan.

  • @panthersXyankees89 Doubtful. For now though, I cheer on the Steelers (always did like Pittsburgh) and the Saints.

  • no offense to tom brady but if it wasnt for this guy. he would of been the modern day jim kelly 0-4 in super bowl. pats fan can hate me all they want but it's the truth, just like peyton if the d didnt play well(also manning comeback in afc title game) manning wouldnt have had is only super bowl.

same goes for ben too esp the first super bowl where he won with the lowest qb rating in super bowl history.

  • what year it was

  • Where in God's name was Panther safety Mike Minter on the pass that set up the winning FG? Why was he so far downfield? "Look at the gap between the safety and the defensive corner," we hear. Look at it, indeed -- it was *huge*! A high school QB could have completed that. Picture perfect pathetic for losing the SB. And Kasay gets so much blame for his out-of-bounds kickoff -- much like Norwood got the blame in '91 when Frank Reich held his missed FG with the laces pointing *toward* Norwood.

  • you guys won with a kicker.. what a "clutch" you guys should bless him he won two of the three games you guys had for your so called dynasty

  • @Halo2sleker what team do you like?

  • @thewordlessbook1 Pittsburgh

  • @Halo2sleker pittsburgh is my 2nd patriots are my first

  • @thewordlessbook1 lol bandwagon much?

  • @nickhawkman huh?

  • @thewordlessbook1 lol it means you like the teams that are good...
