You're the best Def Leppard cover guitarist on youtube. How do you get your tone so much like theirs? What kind of guitars would you suggest to replicate what Phil's PC-1 does with the sustainer? I can't find one anywhere locally and even if I could, I'm not about to trade in a car just to get it, lol.

In the early days, Phil used an E-bow for those long legato intro lines but since its such a pain, he opted for the Floyd Rose Sustainer after trying out the Fernandez sustainer and the other (can't remember the name now). I have an Ebow and its really only useful once in a song since you have to hold onto it.

Thanx Def and thanx for all your other comments. Yea i got the balance a bit wrong on this one. Its a Jackson sl3 soloist, i keep it tuned to Eflat.
