Another jumper who comes really close to a hand foul, however. If any part of her left hand/arm had touched outside the sand when she landed, it would have been "no jump"--her hand couldn't have been more than 8cm from the edge...

are you kidding?..look at the performances of the 70s and 80s..and the athletes themselves...and then compare to now. ita hard enough drawing a paying crowd to female events..due to the obvious performance difference....but if WRs and other records were still being beat, then it'd be a good draw card.
