dunno why they call 'em Sam's... SAM stands for Surface to Air Missile, so if they're mounted on a plane... should be AAM

I believe an aircraft of that size wouldn't be regarded as just an aircraft but a mobile fortress or weapons platform whereas the exterior of the ship or platform would be regarded as the surface.

So SAM still make sense in that light.

well, there's ad-hoc multiplayer, but no Infrastructure, so there's no ONLINE multiplayer
