The thing that sickens me is if he used a belt what would have been next? The abuse could have escalated and who knows what would have happened to her. Hope he gets the book thrown at him.

Both of those "parents" (and I use the word loosely) are SICK in the head! I have three teenagers and would NEVER think about taking a belt or anything for that matter to them. My kids have done some things that were wrong up but no matter what a child does, they dont deserve this. My heart goes out to this girl (now woman). You are a strong woman!! Makes me sick to think this man tells other people how to raise their kids. DISCUSTING!

This is a horrific crime which needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This child abuse is not only very disturbing for it physical, verbal, and physiological nature, but for the fact the abuser is a judge. This crime needs to be reported to the appropriate authorities for immediate investigation and subsequent prosecution.
