Hushy, Stihl, ect, are all good saw's. The whole story is what do you use it for. If your sawing 6 to10 cord's a year will take your pick. If your cutting up 6 to 10 cord's of fire wood a day, [ WILL ] I have ran all these saw's, i mean hard, 6 to 12 tanks of gas a day. I was a Husky man for year's, went to Stihl, never went back, 4 time's the saw, sorry guy's [ FACT]
Actually, FYI, This saw is over 10 years old, and still has the original spark plug. I was just finished putting a new chain on, and I wanted to get a quick video in. That's why the chain's loose. And no, cold 2 cycle engines can be revved, it won't harm them. Larger 4 cycle and diesel engines shouldn't be revved while cold though. Also, Husqvarna used to be good, but now they are a cheap Lowes brand. I have a friend whose Husqvarna trimmer shaft broke, and came to me for my trouble free Stihl.
Well if you think husqvarna is a cheap lowes brand your wrong. The only thing lowes sells of husqvarna is there Homeonwer models. Husqvarna is still one of the best brands around and some models can even beat stihl.
@DanielJaegerFilms here we are back at the debate of huskie vs. Stihl, husqvarna still makes really good saws, they are still reliable and quality made, i have stihls also and like them just as much, but dont bag on husqvarna still good saws
yeah, I saw that. But like 2000F350powerstroke said, I won't harm the chain until I cut something. I was just finished putting a new chain on, and I wanted to get a quick video in.
Aloha,
I have a Stihl 041 Av, I'm having problems getting it started, Any advise

@DanielJaegerFilms You cant rev cold engines no matter what they are you will scrape the piston on the cylinder walls.
