Do you know how to fix xbox 360 Red ring of death? ? I got it, and i am realy scared :(.. when i got it all electricity in the house went off for one second and then my xbox came up with3 rings. I jumped up from the sofa turning the console off. when i turned it on again the machine was green and worked. but when i look onto the screen it was all black. It is still black. my powerbrick(charger) glows orange. I'm not sure if it has been glowing orange all the time or not. anyways HELP!

This probably isn't the case for you mase and loads of other people but a lot of people put hot things over their xbox and wonder why it breaks. If you feel the bottom of a PS3 slim after it's been on 20minutes it's really hot so sitting that on your xbox is going to mess with it's crappy thermal paste for example.

Guess what I had a original 60gb PS3. It suffered hardware failures. PS3 equivilent to RROD is YLOD (Yellow Light of Death). Now I gotta PS3 slim 320gb. Why don't you get a Xbox 360 Slim?

Damn, that sucks! although, the PS3 owners have the "Yellow Light Of Death" which is practically the same thing as the RROD on Xbox. And when you bought your Xbox, you should have gotten like a year warranty. So you should be able to get another one without having to buy a whole new one. And i actually don't think that the PS3 owners got warrantys when they bought a PS3. Which i don't see why not sense PS3s were pretty freakin' expensive.

Mason, us ps3 players (I'm not a fanboy of it I just play the console) suffer through a similar issue. Yellow light of death. At least anyone who plays xbox gets lifetime warranty if I recall correctly. Ps3 players don't and need to pay 150$ if warranty ran out.

My 360 RROD'd once, and the disk tray broke on another occation. so I've only had 2. However, one time they sent me a broken 360 back when I had it replaced. so one of them was dead off the git go.
