What are you talking about? Walsh warned Jafer as he was trying to leave his crease and run before the ball was bowled (in those days you could be run out for leaving your crease as a batsman). If Walsh wanted, he could have run out Jaffer and won the match. That won him a lot of praise for demonstrating sportsmanship. What does that have to do with Kumble , Mohd. Asif Ishant etc??
How can not the non-striker stray out of his crease, if he does and keeps moving towards the striker, then he draws a definite advantage in completing the run, that is why that rule is there and Kail was completely justifiied in knocking the bails off.
Kapil, before he toook the bails off Kirsten's wicket had warned him at least twice, when Kirsten did not heed, he did waht the rule books allow him to do, he ran him out, what is wrong in it, the rule books allow that run-out. You could have blamed Kapil for not being sportsmanlike if he had not warned Kirsten but he had and that too more than once, so where is he wrong?

Nothing is wrong. If it is within the rules, nothing is 'unsportsmanlike' about it.
