I loved watching this movie again after 18 years!!! When I did it I was 15 and I was scared to death. Tonight it was just fine, I'm too used to horror movies, but it was nice. By the way, the movie is Spanish (production, director and some actors).

This film was a Spanish/UK production. That explains the many Spanish names in the credits. It was also filmed in Spain. The Director was Eugenio Martin who is Spanish. Overall a good movie. Found out the movie is in the Public Domain..

"Monster? We're British, you know!" I pissed myself laughing!!!!! Love a film that can mock itself.... First saw this many many moons ago on late night BBC weekend horror double bill (they'd do one every week back then, usually made up of Hammer and Universal classics) and it scared the crap out of me aged 12.... really enjoyed watching it again, remembering how it was in the days before DVDs (and before videos even!) when the plots were as creaky as the floorboards.... Delightful.
