The rules of the UFC say points are based on EFFECTIVE striking and grappling. Bisping outstruck Hamill in rounds 2 and 3. Hamill's face was a mess after the 2nd round. Hamill took him down but did nothing on the ground. So his grappling was not effective hence it didn't score. Is there some rule I haven't heard about that says lay & pray tactics only score points if you are fighting a Brit?

Both hamill and hendo got robbed that night. Thats the thing I hate about judging. Sometimes I see why but in other times they tend to favor or almost have it worked so that if it goes to decision the more favored fighter will win.

Both hamill and hendo got robbed that night. Thats the thing I hate about judging. Sometimes I see why but in other times they tend to favor or almost have it worked so that if it goes to decision the more favored fighter will win.

Matt worked him with the take-downs despite a knee injury. The way his striking is now, if Bisping went back up to LHW Matty would hand him his ass in a high fucking hat even worse than before.

Funny thing is, the British judge scored the fight in favor of Hamill. But the American judges scored the fight in favor of Bisping. Hamill should have won anyway though.
