Wow .I Indore my first shot last week wasn't bad i never been scared of needles growing up.Due to my lil sister being scared and would scream murder if we had one so i would go first be brave so she wouldn't freak out.But now i am face with this I psych my self up saying i can do this .But once i seen that needle I know i was going to have a problem .I could not even do it in the practice run with out jumping .But when it was all said and done my younger sister was the one to give me the shot.
WRONG WRONG WRONG you need to check if you are not in a fain! always redraw a fear amount to check if you are not in fain if you see blood STOP (unless its not an IM injection) and begin with a holl new sterile SET!
Why you do don aspirate to check for blood?
