There's none. Actually Rival Schools 2 is Project Justice. It's the true sequel. This one's just an expansion pack.

What exactly was different about this game? Appears to be a slightly updated Rival Schools 1.

Besides the visuals, Ran and Nagare are added in as characters. Oh and a new stage and song are added too.

Sakura was originaly from Street Fighter Alpha 2 but as a reference she is also in Street Fighter EX Plus series. And yes I bet you we can all agree that this game must be re-made or at least available on the PSN so I can have it again (I Lost it while moving) now if they make a perfect remake with just revamped visuals and maybe a remixed soundtrack I would be very happy. (Also adding Skullomania & Garuda as hidden characters would be epic even if they aren't high schoolers lol)

@RickySSJ4 Upon that, Rival Schools acts as her prelude to Street Fighter since its claimed by Capcom to be part of the canon Street Fighter universe (since Hinata and Natsu are her childhood friends)... then again, its never stated why Kyosuke was in Capcom vs SNK.

I remember I used to play this game for hours nonstop. This video brings a tear to my eye, both remembering my youth and this game. I would never buy this game now though. I'm too jaded by the advancements in graphics. However if they remade it, that would be swell.
