What I want is very simple: Just give me an accurate assay of the radionuclides and STOP there. I'll do my own interpretation, thank you very much.

I'll be paying a premium for food for which _reliable_ information of this nature is available, so here's a business opportunity.

The real question in my mind is in what counties will it even remain legal to do such analysis without a lot of interference from the government? In the 'land of the free, home of the brave'? Doubtful.
