I had one for 2 weeks in Florida. drove it more than 2000 miles and the engine is indeed very good, I averaged 27mpg which is pretty good for a 305hp engine!

@cemsengul16 it comes with that power stock. You were probably reading a dyno sheet with whp which is wheel horsepower which is usually about 15% less than crank horsepower (brake horse power) which is where Ford and every other company measures horsepower from. You wanna reach 300 at the wheel you should try underdrive pulley's, intake, freer flowing exhaust or other simple bolt ons.

@lasertools1 - Yeah, but how much does that Carrera 4s cost. About $82,000 base price. A used one will still run you $50,000. LMAO! What a joke... A base 2011 Mustang is only $23,000. Thats a lot of lead way to improve the Mustangs capability. And by the way I looked your so called 40mpg up, its more like 22 highway, 15 city, which on average is only 17mpg. Stop trying to bull shit everyone.

@JayGeePee1 its really not bull shit man i can do it but if u push just a bit u get much worse and now a days u can grip a 2001 2002 higher mileage for under 30 gs just cause you have drivin one or got that mileage doesnt mean shit its all about how you drive it and like like 40 mpg going 90 km/h or 55mph and dont believe everything you read plus 6 cylinder to 6 cylinder the porsche sounds much better and i am not hating on the musttang they are nice cars i am just sayin

@NoxNoctisUmbra - 2011 Camaro - 312 HP 29 MPG... it's not 31, but damn near close. It's nice to see this kind of fuel efficiency out of cars with 300+ HP.

@marticus24 YEAH its so nice to have the power when you want it ,and efficiency! The numbers from both cars claim 29 and 31, but I bet you can get even better numbers. Take for example my bro's AMG, it states 22 MPG on Highway, yet we did it in 26 MPG for long time driving. So the numbers can change dramatically if you drive really good

@NoxNoctisUmbra i got 33 mpg cruising at 70 mph in my manual. im sure automatic can get it up to 34, 35. but nothing like pushing a manual to redline at lower gears. gets to 75mph on 2nd gear, watching ppl's faces gawk as i speed by
