The people of Koldas, are humans of another dimension who apparently live on Earth at times to experience other Human races. They are sort of Watchers? They Have contacts in Sth Africa, Australia, Europe. A famous case is the Edwin and Valdar story. They travel in "Light ships" like these AND make contact near the sea at beaches in Sth Africa.
