The cop says, "you're guilty of impersonating a hotel employee." This scene is ridiculous - since when is pretending to be a maid a crime???!!! Terrible writing.

Nikolas cannot be deported. He is a U.S. citizen by virtue of his mother being a U.S. citizen regardless of the fact he was not born in the U.S. All you need is one parent to be a U.S. citizen, for the foreign-born child to be a U.S. citizen.
