YouTube needs cleansing of garbage (like this). There's too many pieces of garbage information in the world (like this) getting in the way of one finding useful information.

The electronic voice is too distracting to focus on the content. Unfortunately, the producers of this video shot themselves in the neuron with that choice.
It is possible that the doctor who made this video is deaf and unable to speak like hearing people. As you well know the loss of a sense has no relation to intelligence.
