  • of all the tanks of ww 2 the panther is the best looking it looks like a main battle tank.

  • looks great ! What is the base color you used on the hull and road wheels? I like it,,,, nice work. Jeff

  • I always upgrade my tanks with metal tracks when i buy them i find the tracks supplied are pretty weak i always seem to lose them when operating on grass

  • nice tank, i want his ! :)

  • All you need is Panzerlied playing to go along with the video and you're all set ;)

  • how much are tey and were can i buy one?

  • Tracks are to much tightened on this vid.

  • Cool, rc is also very cool! I just finished my design of a full scale 1:1 Hetzer. Build will start in mid april and it will be ready for a show in belgium 4 months later if all goes as planned

  • Looking forward to seeing it run.

  • @dutchforces

So you ever went thru with it? The 1:1 Hetzer?

  • @Toyman07 sure did but it took way more time then i thought plus i have less time then i thought xD. Its made of a frame and drivingplates welded on to that so its a little heavy but thats nice. finding the right tracks was a little problem but they were shiped from the eastblock. got a 2,3L turbo diesel instaled :)

  • @dutchforces

Cool! Would love to take a look at it..Any links to some pics etc?

  • geday are heng long rc 1:16 tiger 1s and panthers are any good and i think grompix1 told me that heng long tanks can be as good as tamiyas pleas reaspond

    thank u

  • The cheaper HenLong toy tanks are a good start in the hobby and you can upgrade them to almost Tamiya standard (at a cost). The Henlong 'Panther' does not look much like a real Panther; more like a 'PanTiger'! The other Henlong tanks look good though.

  • @grompix1 The new Heng Long Panther G looks every bit as good as a Tamiya but it's not in the same league mechanically or electronically.

  • once you get those metal tracks on there, it will run a lot more realisticly. great job on the build. nice work!!

  • Thanks 3819oli. Yep, can't wait to see how it runs with the metal tracks.

  • it will run better with metal tracks. what would you have, the tiger or the panther???

  • My first RC tank was the Tiger and it was (is) a brilliant model so I would still recommend that one.

  • i already have the leopard (needs painting) and the king tiger, but i am stuck on which one next. panther or the tiger?? if you want a real challenge, try building the leopard.

  • Another impressive film of the impressive tank, after watching your 1/16 Tiger just a few hours ago.

I could see that you have opened the driver's hatch and input the driver. Nice work!

  • Thanks LerhChang, your comments are much appreciated.

  • Very impressive, I like the driver and the commander figurines and the scale speed, it looks very heavy as well.

    Bill

  • excellent video and a perfect assembled tank!

my tank is still "under construction" (chassis is running...)

    regards David (Germany)

  • Thanks David. Hope you get as much enjoyment out of building your Panther as I did. Put up some video footage of it when its finished.

  • im working on my panther as well

best regards to both of you guys,

    Dan (Canada)
