Well, you are right that it may seem like a glowing ball, but that is because the background is black and as the camera doesn't rotate it looks a bit 2D and not 3D. I can assure you it isn't a glowing ball, it is really a collection of particle emitters and quite a bunch of forces that make the particles spin that way. um... it's cool but... yeah... i just don't think it's very rasengan looking. sorry :/ i mean, it looks really7 cool and realistic, but... like... too realistic? doesn't that make sense? i saw a rasengan ball behind the glowing, spinning thing, but it fainted away eventually. I didn't mind that is was more 2D than 3D, that's how most rasengan are made.
