@SonicTheAk It's a bad game because of how glitchy the gameplay is and how utterly absurd the plot is. Seriously, there's an implied romance between a hedgehog and a human. The franchise clearly lost its way. Sonic gamers who HAVE been around since the beginning and for the past 20 years know this is shit and expect better. Sonic Team didn't deliver this time, they really need to get their act together.

@screwattackfan There was never a need for a rebirth of Sonic. All of his games have been masterpieces except for Secret Rings. Sonic 06 is alot like the Adventure series so I love it.

Well Secret Rings was really just the Mach Speed sections of Sonic 06, just alot slower, and you had no control of Sonic what so ever except for jumping. You couldn't even move left or right.

This is what happens when you try too hard to abide by todays gaming standard. This game was mostly about flashy Graphics, not Gameplay. This opening cutscene was as good as this game got. In my opinion, FUCK GRAPHICS. All the time they spent on graphics & other lazy do nothing shit in this game, they could have fucked around & gave us something really memorable like a Sonic Adventure 3.

@MultiSatire It's not that they spent all their time on the graphics. It's that they didn't spend any time testing and working out the bugs of the game. They admitted outright that they rushed it. Believe it or not, good graphics do make a difference in the game. Besides, they obviously fucked up the graphics if Sonic dissapears all the time when he gets hit. So no, they didn't spend all their time on the graphics because they aren't that good. It's just the opening and that's it.

Looking back I still stare in amazement how well the intro is designed. Slimming down Eggman was especially a nice touch.

If SEGA took a moment away from games and put their full effort into a movie, that would be something to see.

I heard the graphics and storyline to this game is amazing but SEGA, messed up and just left a whole bunch of glithces to this game, Sonic and the Black Knight isn't all that good either. SEGA did right with Sonic Unleashed and that was about it.
