Well, no it isn't it is about a level 10 vault. And it is quite simple for the Elite level now a days. I think it's a a Double Straight??? I'm not sure.

It's a Tsuk layout, as katyafan said, and nowadays it's considered a very simple vault for elite. But it probably wasn't back then. There were also compulsory rounds, where all the gymnasts did the same routines, which were always easier than what they did in their optional routines. So it could have been a compulsory vault. But I think it was probably considered fairly difficult.
