Not sure I remember kids running about, most of the time I was sat on a double decker bus outside chatting with the other film extras or taking advantage of the free food as we waited to go on and do our scene.

It was a very long and boring day as a film extra.

Nice one for posting but any chance you could post the whole programme? Saw it first time round, production was superb. I don't want to ruffle any feathers but the programme itself is a good deal more interesting than the fact that some karaoke pop singer starred in it!

@hennocksholinepurpur kimberley is not a kareoke singer, shes 1/5th of the most successful uk girl group ever, with a world record breaking 20 straight top tens, you didnt ruffle my feathers, i just dont like injustice. Youtube GA live Out of Control and you will see why i defend her. Shes a pretty good actress too. You can get This is Personal from YTV i think

I had to laugh when the mum said she has a 'biology' exam in the morning!

I was actually in that programme, filmed a sequence at the Dalesman pub in leeds, where the 'police' were trying to get us all to listen to a tape, whilst we were supposed to be only interested in a stripper called "Sharon", we were all supposed to chant "there's only one Yorkshire Ripper" to the tune of Guantanamera.

Second day's filming I was in a canteen, and they were interviewing us all over £5 notes. Alun Armstrong says "so we could be looking at him now" and then looks at me.

my mum and dad owned that pub at the time, i was only little, do you remember 2 small blonde haired children running about the place lol? well that was me and my little sister :) i remember the film crew but i was only like 6 i think at the time so its quite faint. i remember we wernt allowed to play on the climbing frames in the pub garden because they were filming but never new what film it was! thought id look it up.

oh and after we moved from the dalesman we moved into a pub in rodley in leeds and we had lots of filming in there too for a tv series called playing the field :)
