I called Rocky about the problem when it happened they were rude and said there was nothing they could do. Then I asked for a supervisor. She had me send the boots back then offered to replace them. They didn't have the boots I bought so they replaced them with what they considered the closest thing. Six months later I got my new boots, Bear Claws, they are supposed to be hunting boots, but they soak up water like a sponge. I am very disappointed in Rocky They have lost me as a customer.
