I took my first Ceramics class last fall and am repeating the course so I can focus more on the wheel this time around and your video have been SO HELPFUL. Especially for bringing up and controlling the wall which was the most difficult for me. With your help I've been able to replicate your Jam jars with the lids!!! Thank you thank you thank you!
simon, i was wondering if you could tell me what the weight of your clay is for this bowl, and also about how tall and wide it is at the rim when wet... i think the camera might play with perspective a bit thank you.
Not YouTube's fault. I thought the same thing as I have the same problem with IE. I use Mozilla or Chrome with no problems. I think IE gets goobered up sometimes. I used to reboot when videos would stop working, until I dumped IE.
I'm on Firefox too, I rarely us IE anymore as it's so sucky, but since FF updated a week or more ago I'd been having troubles with youtube and only YT which is why I think it's YT's fault.... don't forget YT is owned by Google and they want people to use chrome so I was wondering if they had nobbled FF to try and get peeps onto chrome ?

Simon - I can't get this one to play - it gets stuck at :44 and stops there. The finished bowl looks nice, tho!

I think it's a Youtube fault, I've been having trouble with it for a week now, it sometimes helps to use a different browser.
