@pianoshizzle you should see his new album psycho jukebox. The song writing is stellar and everysong is completely different than the last. He is a genius.

I would say that 'Here We Stand' is a much better album as there are great variations in the song styles and you can hear that Jon Fratelli's songwriting has matured and evolved / (exploring different styles) since 'Costello Music' which 90% of the songs could have been singles. This is no bad thing as Costello Music is a fantastic album with great songs (trying not to use the word catchy) and showed their potential, imo which they fufilled with Here We Stand. Makes me proud to be Glaswegian!

Love the way it goes from a slow song, to a rock-ish song with a great solo, then back to slow to finish. AMAZING!
