What I would do is, I would use a metal box thing that doesn't have holes, and use 2 ice packs alternating between each as the other one gets warmer. I think that should help since the metal will be cold but will stay dry...

ive got these freezer blocks i put ontop of the case with a few papers towels underneith to stop any condensation from touching it and there is a rubber section on top of the case that catches any water anyway. there is quiet a difference in the performance, especially when gaming. alot cheaper then liquid cooling or any expensive fan system.
