it's called an EVI, it's a particular synth that works with breath, keys and that wheel.

I am so sorry everyone. I tried really hard to be understanding and open minded and listened to the entire thing. Just sounds like randomness to me. I'm sorry. I'm not being a 'hater' but they used unusual musical equipment and looping devices to make a beat and then just went crazy with it. To me it sounds amateurish.
