umm, none of this would really help, especially if mental illnesses get in the way of trying to cope. she died at 10 am this morning (jan 2 2011). but because of my countless mental illnesses weighing me down as well, im not sure i can make it throught the funeral without wanting to just put myself in the casket and say g-grandma im coming with u! i just couldnt handle something like this. and because i get severe panic attacks frequently, the funeral does anything but help the situation :*O

The one thing (which I finally figured out myself) that got me through it; is that death is inevtable. I can cry about it all I want, but we're all going to die eventually. There's nothing I can do, and I will just enjoy the people that I still have. :)
