Man the one thing that Youtube really shows, is that there are just some people that fucking hate everything...Dave Mustaine is Talented as a Song Writer, has one of the best voices in Metal & Hard Rock (I'd say WAY better than James Hetfield, & like 95% of the other voices in the genres), & he's a ALSO good guitar player...he got tossed from Metallica & replaced by Kirk...so he played LEAD for Metallica...so what the fuck are these people looking for?!? dave is a great guitar player and a great song writer but he is possably the worst singer in metal.

OK I have been a Kirk Hammett fan ever since I started playing 14 years ago and the way I see it is Dave knows more as far as music goes. But Kirk can definitely execute a lot better. So as far as who is better I would say Kirk cause when he plays he uses what he knows to the fullest and executes it dead on. Dave just tries to hard to put a bunch of shit together even if he doesn't fully understand it.
