@Enongacong probably cause he toprocked pretty decently, had a really explosive groundwork and finished with strong power moves. Plus he was unique with his shit and this is the "URBAN" Dance Showcase, a place where many uncommon styles get praised.

not that I'm not a fan of cico but I think Judges will have a difficult time giving him a win when he did 1 second toprock and zero groundwork.
