I think just focusing on one frequency leaves out the much more important harmonics. And anyways by exteriorization you become addicted to a 'tool'. We all need to find the beneficial tunes for ourselves and not obey to one 'master-frequency' - sounds a lot like enforced conformity.

@KingTingRolloTong not sure what your getting at ? I made some music for people to enjoy. it's simply based around a frequency, one of many, which plenty of people find calming to listen to. I decided to retune my instruments to this frequency instead of A440Hz. Now... being rigidly stuck at 440Hz is more like forced conformity. If it moves you or soothes you then my job is done. If not then I wont fret it :)
